Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 calendar days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Pre-order & customized items follow the processing time stated on product pages. Once shipped, a tracking number will be automatically sent to your email.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship to the USA, Europe, UK, Canada, Australia, Southeast Asia, UAE, Saudi Arabia and most international regions. Remote islands, restricted countries and unavailable areas will be auto-blocked during checkout. We reserve the right to cancel invalid orders for unshippable destinations.
3. Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Fees
Standard Shipping (Default)
• Delivery: 7–15 working days (excluding customs clearance delay)
• Shipping Fee: Flat rate / Free shipping on orders over $150.00
Expedited Shipping (Upgrade)
• Delivery: 3–7 working days
• Shipping Fee: Fixed $12(calculated at checkout)
Free Shipping Threshold
Free standard worldwide shipping for orders over $150No order splitting or stacking allowed.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
All import duties, VAT, customs fees and clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Different countries have different customs policies. We do not cover any destination country import tax, customs charge or return freight caused by refusal or abandonment.
5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Full tracking is available after shipment. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed due to international flight schedules, customs inspection, local logistics congestion or force majeure. The order is confirmed completed once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
6. Shipping Issues Solution
• No update over 20 days: Reship for free or full refund (your choice).
• Carrier confirmed lost package: Full refund or free reshipment within 3 working days.
• Customer refusal / abandonment: All return shipping cost, customs fee and storage fee shall be borne by the buyer.
7. Damaged / Missing Items
Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with unboxing video and photos. We offer partial refund, full refund or free reshipment without returning defective items.
8. Order Modification & Cancellation
• Unshipped orders: Free address modification & free cancellation.
• Shipped orders: No address changes and no cancellation available.
9. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays, returns or lost packages caused by incorrect address, wrong postcode, invalid phone number or unsuccessful pickup. We do not compensate delays caused by force majeure including war, pandemic, customs policy changes and natural disasters.
